Feed 63 families each week at the Sunday Shelf in Mumbai
Praveen runs a volunteer pantry feeding 63 families; this fund restocks shelves for the rainy season.

Since 2019, our volunteer team has run the Sunday Shelf every Wednesday from the back of the parish hall. We started with 10 families, and now we feed 63 each week.
Donations have dropped by about 49% this rainy season, while the line has grown every single week.
We rely on volunteers - 6 of us - and keep no salaries or overhead. I buy staples at wholesale prices at the Mumbai market and keep every receipt.
Each $10 feeds a family of four for a week.
All of the funds go to groceries, fresh produce, and cold-storage costs.
Where the $400 goes:
• Refrigeration and electricity: $35
• Fresh vegetables and fruit: $125
• Rice, beans, flour and oil (wholesale): $240
Even a small gift gets used right away and I'll thank you myself.
