Feed 345 families each week at the Sunday Shelf in Quezon City
Help keep a free food pantry open for neighbors in need in Quezon City.

Since 2019, our volunteer team has run the Sunday Shelf every Monday from the back of a borrowed garage. We started with 18 families, and now we feed 345 each week.
Donations have dropped by about 50% this school holidays, while the line has grown every single week.
We rely on volunteers - 17 of us - and keep no salaries or overhead. I buy staples at wholesale prices at the Quezon City market and keep every receipt.
Each $10 feeds a family of four for a week.
All of the funds go to groceries, fresh produce, and cold-storage costs.
Where the $400 goes:
• Rice, beans, flour and oil (wholesale): $200
• Fresh vegetables and fruit: $90
• Baby formula and diapers: $105
• Refrigeration and electricity: $5
Thanks for being kind about this.

Best of luck, Christian. Hope this works out for you. My neighbor in Liverpool donated after I showed her your page
