Feed 281 families each week at the Harvest Pantry in Lahore
Help keep a free food pantry open for elderly neighbors in Lahore.

Since 2022, our volunteer team has run the Harvest Pantry every Sunday from the back of a school canteen. We started with 22 families, and now we feed 281 each week.
Donations have dropped by about 38% this school holidays, while the line has grown every single week.
We rely on volunteers - 16 of us - and keep no salaries or overhead. I buy staples at wholesale prices at the Lahore market and keep every receipt.
Each $5 feeds a family of four for a week.
All of the funds go to groceries, fresh produce, and cold-storage costs.
Where the $250 goes:
• Refrigeration and electricity: $30
• Baby formula and diapers: $40
• Rice, beans, flour and oil (wholesale): $180
I hope life is good to you.

keep going, Khalid. I've been in a tough spot myself and it does get easier. My neighbor in Rennes donated after I showed her your page. Love from Rennes.
