Feed 160 families each week at the Thursday Table in Nsukka
Zubby runs a volunteer pantry feeding 160 families; this fund restocks shelves for the rainy season.

Since 2020, our volunteer team has run the Thursday Table every Monday from the back of a school canteen. We started with 27 families, and now we feed 160 each week.
Donations have dropped by about 59% this rainy season, while the line has grown every single week.
We rely on volunteers - 11 of us - and keep no salaries or overhead. I buy staples at wholesale prices at the Nsukka market and keep every receipt.
Each $5 feeds a family of four for a week.
I'll post the weekly shopping receipts and a photo of the shelves each Sunday.
Where the $300 goes:
• Baby formula and diapers: $40
• Rice, beans, flour and oil (wholesale): $170
• Fresh vegetables and fruit: $90
Even a small gift gets used right away and I'll thank you myself.
