Feed 149 families each week at Neighbors' Pantry in Prayagraj
Help keep a free food pantry open for families and seniors in Prayagraj.

Since 2022, our volunteer team has run Neighbors' Pantry every Saturday from the back of the old library basement. We started with 29 families, and now we feed 149 each week.
Donations have dropped by about 49% this school holidays, while the line has grown every single week.
We rely on volunteers - 11 of us - and keep no salaries or overhead. I buy staples at wholesale prices at the Prayagraj market and keep every receipt.
Each $10 feeds a family of four for a week.
I'll post the weekly shopping receipts and a photo of the shelves each Sunday.
Where the $200 goes:
• Fresh vegetables and fruit: $115
• Refrigeration and electricity: $60
• Baby formula and diapers: $25
You're what makes this possible, and I'll never forget it.
