Farewell fund for Shinji: help Ayumi's family in Tokyo
Shinji passed away on 14 July; we're raising $3,950 for a respectful funeral in Tokyo.

Shinji, my father, passed away on 14 July after a short illness. He was 41 years old. He was the heart of our family and had no savings or life insurance.
The funeral home has given us a quote of $3,950 and the cemetery needs payment before the burial date of 31 July.
I have already used what I had for the hospital bills. My family is scattered, and many of us are out of work. We want Shinji to have a dignified farewell.
Any help at all means a lot, and so do your prayers.
Anything left over after the funeral will be donated to a local food bank.

• Funeral home services and casket: $2,350
• Cemetery plot and burial fees: $1,100
• Transport of the deceased: $290
• Memorial gathering for the family: $210
