Farewell fund for Sanduni: help Piumi's family in Colombo
Piumi lost her sister suddenly and the family can't cover funeral and burial costs of $850.

Sanduni, my sister, passed away on 21 August after a stroke. She was 24 years old. She was the heart of our family and had no savings or life insurance.
The funeral home has given us a quote of $850 and the cemetery needs payment before the burial date of 1 September.
I have already used what I had for the hospital bills. My family is scattered, and many of us are out of work. We want Sanduni to have a dignified farewell.
Any help at all means a lot, and so do your prayers.
Anything left over after the funeral will be donated to the Colombo hospice.
Where the $850 goes:
• Funeral home services and casket: $630
• Cemetery plot and burial fees: $95
• Transport of the deceased: $80
• Memorial gathering for the family: $45
