Emil's final semester of a nursing degree in Düsseldorf
Emil is two terms away from finishing a nursing degree but is blocked from enrolling by an unpaid balance of $2,900.

Emil is the first person in the family to go to university. He is studying a nursing degree at Düsseldorf Polytechnic, and is two terms away from graduating. He has worked as a night-shift cleaner to pay the way, but this term the hours were cut and there's an unpaid balance of $2,900.
The registrar has said Emil can't enroll for the next term until the balance is cleared. Emil has a top-ten-percent average, and an academic advisor has written in support.
Graduating means a stable job and the chance to support the younger siblings. Without enrolling this term Emil would lose his place and scholarship eligibility.
Emil isn't asking for a handout - He wants to finish what He started and help the next student.
The payment will go directly to the Düsseldorf Polytechnic bursar's office. I'll post the receipt.
