Emergency vet bill for Tucker in Quezon City

Tucker is my tabby kitten of three years. On 30 May we rushed to Quezon City Animal Hospital with a ruptured cruciate ligament. The vet recommends emergency surgery, and the estimate came to $450.
They have stabilized Tucker, but the treatment can't wait beyond August.
Tucker is more than a pet - Tucker got me through my hardest year. I have already put $40 toward the bills and asked for a payment plan.
Whatever I can't raise, I'll repay to anyone who needs it back.
If more is raised than needed, the surplus goes to Quezon City Animal Hospital's charity fund for other animals.
Where the $450 goes:
• Emergency surgery: $260
• Hospitalization (2 nights): $90
• Medication and follow-up visits: $50
• Diagnostics (X-ray, bloodwork): $50
