Emergency vet bill for Rosie in San Miguel de Tucumán

Rosie is my three-legged dog of thirteen years. On 18 June we rushed to San Miguel de Tucumán Veterinary Centre with a broken leg after a road accident. The vet recommends a hospital stay and surgery, and the estimate came to $500.
They have stabilized Rosie, but the treatment can't wait beyond October.
Rosie is more than a pet - Rosie walks my kids to the bus stop every morning. I have already put $100 toward the bills and asked for a payment plan.
Whatever I can't raise, I'll repay to anyone who needs it back.
If more is raised than needed, the surplus goes to San Miguel de Tucumán Veterinary Centre's charity fund for other animals.
