Electricity and water shut-off notice: help Hendrik pay $200
A disconnection notice for electricity and water arrived and Hendrik needs $200 before December.

The electricity and water account is 2 months behind. Hendrik received a disconnection notice that says service will be cut off on December unless $200 is paid. He had never been late before an unexpected car repair.
Hendrik called the provider and asked about a payment plan, but they need a down payment of $20 first, which isn't available.
The household includes three children under ten, and going through the rainy season without electricity and water isn't safe. Without it we can't refrigerate insulin and food, or keep the house at a safe temperature.
Hendrik is working on getting back on his feet, and wants to pay it forward once steady.
The money will go directly to the utility provider, and I'll post the paid statement here.
Where the $200 goes:
• Water arrears: $95
• Reconnection and late fees: $40
• Down payment on a payment plan: $65
