Don't let Luciana's family go through summer without electricity and water

The electricity and water account is 3 months behind. I received a disconnection notice that says service will be cut off on January unless I pay $300. I have never been late before November's medical emergency. I called the provider and asked about a payment plan, but they need a down payment of $45 first, which I don't have. I live with an elderly mother, and going through summer without electricity and water isn't safe. The children would have no light to study by.
