Lata called the provider and asked about a payment plan, but they need a down payment of $20 first, which isn't available.
The household includes an elderly mother, and going through the rainy season without heating isn't safe. We can't cook, keep medicine cold or heat the home.
Lata is working on getting back on her feet, and wants to pay it forward once steady.
