The heating account is 2 months behind. Katarzyna received a disconnection notice that says service will be cut off on September unless $350 is paid. She had never been late before my partner leaving the household. Katarzyna called the provider and asked about a payment plan, but they need a down payment of $50 first, which isn't available. The household includes a parent on oxygen therapy, and going through the rainy season without heating isn't safe.
