Don't let Fernanda's family go through the rainy season without electricity and water
Fernanda is behind on electricity and water bills after a reduction in hours and needs $300 to avoid a shut-off.

The electricity and water account is 2 months behind. I received a disconnection notice that says service will be cut off on December unless I pay $300. I have never been late before a reduction in hours.
I called the provider and asked about a payment plan, but they need a down payment of $45 first, which I don't have.
I live with a parent on oxygen therapy, and going through the rainy season without electricity and water isn't safe. We can't cook, keep medicine cold or heat the home.
I'm working on getting back on my feet, and will pay forward whatever help I can once I'm steady.
The money will go directly to the utility provider, and I'll post the paid statement here.
