The water account is 2 months behind. Bennett received a disconnection notice that says service will be cut off on August unless $750 is paid. He had never been late before a reduction in hours.
Bennett called the provider and asked about a payment plan, but they need a down payment of $95 first, which isn't available.
The household includes a disabled brother, and going through the rainy season without water isn't safe. We would also lose the ability to run the medical equipment at home.
Bennett is working on getting back on his feet, and wants to pay it forward once steady.
The money will go directly to the utility provider, and I'll post the paid statement here.
