I have never been late before losing my job in August. I called the provider and asked about a payment plan, but they need a down payment of $10 first, which I don't have. I live with a parent on oxygen therapy, and going through the rainy season without electricity and water isn't safe. We can't cook, keep medicine cold or heat the home.
