Daniel is one semester away from finishing a diploma in hospitality management but is blocked from enrolling by an unpaid balance of $6,100.

Daniel is the first person in the family to go to university. He is studying a diploma in hospitality management at Memphis Community College, and is one semester away from graduating. He has worked as a delivery rider to pay the way, but this term the hours were cut and there's an unpaid balance of $6,100.
The registrar has said Daniel can't enroll for the next term until the balance is cleared. Daniel has a top-ten-percent average, and a department head has written in support.
Graduating means a stable job and the chance to support the younger siblings. Without enrolling this term Daniel would lose his place and scholarship eligibility.
Daniel isn't asking for a handout - He wants to finish what He started and help the next student.
The payment will go directly to the Memphis Community College bursar's office. I'll post the receipt.
Where the $6,100 goes:
• Outstanding tuition balance: $1,900
• Final term tuition: $3,600
• Exam and lab fees: $270
• Textbooks and materials: $330
Even a small gift gets used right away and I'll thank you myself.

Rooting for you, Genesis. Everyone deserves a bit of help sometimes. I have a 8 year old who wants to send good wishes too. Thinking of Memphis.
Keep going, Genesis. Reading this made my day a bit heavier but I'm glad I did. My daughter saw me on my phone and now she wants to give her pocket money. Blessings.
Best of luck. I've been in a tough spot myself and it does get easier. Love from Anaheim.
