Clement's final semester of a master's in public health in Tamale
Clement is one term away from finishing a master's in public health but is blocked from enrolling by an unpaid balance of $650.

Clement is the first person in the family to go to university. He is studying a master's in public health at Tamale Community College, and is one term away from graduating. He has worked as a tutor to pay the way, but this term the hours were cut and there's an unpaid balance of $650.
The registrar has said Clement can't enroll for the next term until the balance is cleared. Clement has a top-ten-percent average, and a department head has written in support.
Graduating means a stable job and the chance to support the younger siblings. Without enrolling this term Clement would lose his place and scholarship eligibility.
Clement isn't asking for a handout - He wants to finish what He started and help the next student.
The payment will go directly to the Tamale Community College bursar's office. I'll post the receipt.
Where the $650 goes:
• Outstanding tuition balance: $370
• Final term tuition: $210
• Exam and lab fees: $35
• Textbooks and materials: $35

Hang in there, Eunice. I've been in a tough spot myself and it does get easier. Don't be hard on yourself for asking. Greetings from Novosibirsk.
Good luck with the exams, you've got this. I told my book club about it and three of them are giving too.
So sorry you're going through this. Looking forward to the next update. Greetings from Shinjuku.
Hope it all works out. Shared it with a few friends. We lost years of savings to something like this so I get it. Love from Coyoacán
