Camila's final semester of a computer science degree in Santos

Camila is the first person in the family to go to university. She is studying a computer science degree at Santos Community College, and is two terms away from graduating. She has worked as a barista to pay the way, but this term the hours were cut and there's an unpaid balance of $1,000. The registrar has said Camila can't enroll for the next term until the balance is cleared. Camila has a distinction average, and a professor has written in support. Graduating means a stable job and the chance to support the younger siblings. Without enrolling this term Camila would lose her place and scholarship eligibility. Camila isn't asking for a handout - She wants to finish what She started and help the next student. Everything raised goes to the university's accounts office toward the outstanding balance and the final term's fees. Where the $1,000 goes: • Outstanding tuition balance: $390 • Final term tuition: $460 • Exam and lab fees: $80 • Textbooks and materials: $70 Every share and every dollar helps.
