Baobab Primary School needs a youth football pitch - Leah's neighborhood project
A community-led a youth football pitch at Baobab Primary School that will serve 508 neighbors.

For twelve years the neighborhood has asked for a youth football pitch. This year a group of 13 volunteers, including the parish youth group, decided to stop waiting. The council has given permission for Baobab Primary School, but no funding.
We have received donated paint, and the remaining cost is $2,450.
It will serve about 508 people, including young people who have nowhere safe to play. We'll hold a build day in July and everyone is invited.
We're a small team, and every dollar will be spent in the open - I'll post receipts and progress photos.
All purchases will be made by two volunteers and logged publicly. Surplus funds will go to maintenance.

• Safety equipment and signage: $105
• Tools hire and delivery: $325
