After eight years of service, William is raising funds for a deposit on a one-bedroom apartment.

I served eight years in the air force and was discharged in 2025 with chronic tinnitus. I have been waiting eleven months for support, and meanwhile I'm sleeping at my brother's place.
I have a plan: a deposit on a one-bedroom apartment. The quote I have comes to $2,650.
I'm receiving counseling through the veterans' clinic and am committed to my recovery. Structure and a stable place to live are the missing pieces.
I'd be grateful for any help and will share updates on how I'm doing.
Money will be paid to the training provider and the landlord directly.
Where the $2,650 goes:
• Transport to appointments: $310
• Training provider fees: $2,050
• Essential household items: $290
Ask me anything below before you decide. I'd rather you were sure.
