A service dog for Shivam, a navy veteran in Amritsar
A navy veteran in Amritsar needs help with a deposit on a one-bedroom apartment after leaving service with chronic tinnitus.

Sunil served six years in the navy and was discharged in 2023 with chronic tinnitus. He has been waiting nine months for support, and meanwhile is sleeping at a brother's place.
The plan: a deposit on a one-bedroom apartment. The quote comes to $400.
Sunil is receiving counseling through the veterans' clinic and is committed to recovery. Structure and a stable place to live are the missing pieces.
I'll post invoices, with personal details hidden.
Where the $400 goes:
• Transport to appointments: $55
• Essential household items: $65
• Training provider fees: $280
Ask me anything below before you decide. I'd rather you were sure.

so sorry you're going through this. Everyone deserves a bit of help sometimes. My neighbor in Thane donated after I showed her your page. God bless.
Hope things get better soon, Shivam. This could happen to any of us. I told my book club about it and three of them are giving too. Love from Caruaru
Shared this with my family. We lost years of savings to something like this so I get it. Blessings.
