A service dog for Sani, an infantry veteran in Ikeja

I served four years in the infantry and was discharged in 2025 with a traumatic brain injury. I have been waiting nine months for support, and meanwhile I'm sleeping at my brother's place. I have a plan: a deposit on a one-bedroom apartment. The quote I have comes to $600. I'm receiving counseling through the veterans' clinic and am committed to my recovery. Structure and a stable place to live are the missing pieces. I'd be grateful for any help and will share updates on how I'm doing. I'll post invoices, with personal details hidden. Where the $600 goes: • Training provider fees: $270 • Housing deposit and first month: $200 • Transport to appointments: $70 • Essential household items: $60 Every share and every dollar helps. - Sani
