A service dog for Olivia, an infantry veteran in Columbus
Olivia served ten years in the infantry; $2,400 would cover a first month of rent and transport to job interviews.

Nathan served ten years in the infantry and was discharged in 2022 with chronic tinnitus. He has been waiting fourteen months for support, and meanwhile is sleeping at a brother's place.
The plan: a first month of rent and transport to job interviews. The quote comes to $2,400.
Nathan is receiving counseling through the veterans' clinic and is committed to recovery. Structure and a stable place to live are the missing pieces.
Money will be paid to the training provider and the landlord directly.
Where the $2,400 goes:
• Housing deposit and first month: $1,650
• Essential household items: $520
• Transport to appointments: $230
I'll keep this page updated with receipts as things happen.
