A rainwater harvesting system: a volunteer-led effort in Austin
We have the land, the volunteers and the plan for a rainwater harvesting system - we need $1,600 for materials.

For eight years the neighborhood has asked for a rainwater harvesting system. This year a group of 25 volunteers, including the parish youth group, decided to stop waiting. The council has given permission for Liberty Park, but no funding.
We have received donated paint, and the remaining cost is $1,600.
It will serve about 95 people, including school children and their families. We'll hold a build day in July and everyone is invited.
We're a small team, and every dollar will be spent in the open - I'll post receipts and progress photos.
Funds are spent only on materials, permits and safety equipment; all labor is volunteered.
