A playground for Pioneer Primary School: help our neighbors in Thrissur
We have the land, the volunteers and the plan for a playground - we need $500 for materials.

For twelve years the neighborhood has asked for a playground. This year a group of 25 volunteers, including a retired civil engineer, decided to stop waiting. The council has given permission for Pioneer Primary School, but no funding.
We have received donated paint, and the remaining cost is $500.
It will serve about 510 people, including children, seniors and people with disabilities. We'll hold a build day in October and everyone is invited.
We're a small team, and every dollar will be spent in the open - I'll post receipts and progress photos.
All purchases will be made by two volunteers and logged publicly. Surplus funds will go to maintenance.
Where the $500 goes:
• Safety equipment and signage: $65
• Materials: $430
• Tools hire and delivery: $5

Sure. The biggest one is safety equipment and signage, $65. The rest is in the list at the bottom of the post and I'll upload receipts as I pay each one. I'll keep the page updated.
