A community fridge for Pioneer Park: help our neighbors in Mangaluru
We have the land, the volunteers and the plan for a community fridge - we need $400 for materials.

For ten years the neighborhood has asked for a community fridge. This year a group of 10 volunteers, including a group of teenagers, decided to stop waiting. The council has given permission for Pioneer Park, but no funding.
We have received donated tools, and the remaining cost is $400.
It will serve about 593 people, including elderly neighbors living alone. We'll hold a build day in April and everyone is invited.
We're a small team, and every dollar will be spent in the open - I'll post receipts and progress photos.
Funds are spent only on materials, permits and safety equipment; all labor is volunteered.
Where the $400 goes:
• Materials: $230
• Permits and inspections: $15
• Safety equipment and signage: $55
• Tools hire and delivery: $100
