I've coached swimming at Grenoble Athletic Club since 1978. Most of my players were between 8 and 17, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. I play music while people worked.
I'm still learning every day.
More about Rahma
I still keep the team photo from our best season on the wall.
What gifts mean to Rahma: I'll put any gifts toward a small fund so no child misses a match because of money.
