Rahayu Maya Siahaan

Mathematics and art teacher, Bandung

🇮🇩 Bandung, West Java, Indonesia
Bandung Academy
2010 to 2022
English, French

Bandung Academy was my second home. I taught mathematics there from 2010 to 2022, mostly the youngest children. Outside the classroom I walk the dog by the river. Inside it, I kept a jar of spare pencils on my desk.

More about Rahayu

The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.
