I taught geography at Dar es Salaam Primary School in Dar es Salaam from 1996 to 2008. Most days I taught mixed-ability classes, and I always had a bag of oranges in my drawer.
I ran the science fair after school and some of my proudest moments happened there. I fix old bicycles.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
