Mukasa Kipchoge Odhiambo
Master of weaving, now teaching apprentices
- 🇺🇬 Jinja, Eastern Region, Uganda
- Jinja Shop
- 1978 to 1986
- English
I'm a weaving specialist. If you live around Jinja, there's a good chance I've worked in a building near you.
The best compliment I ever got was a customer who called me back 25 years later for another job.
If you remember me, I'd love to hear from you.
More about Mukasa
Some of my old apprentices now run their own shops. I couldn't be prouder.
What gifts mean to Mukasa: A gift would go toward tools for apprentices who can't afford their own.
