Hauwa Nkechi Anyanwu
Master of baking, now teaching apprentices
- 🇳🇬 Enugu, Enugu, Nigeria
- St. Mary's Trades Guild
- Since 1996
- English, Hausa
I'm a baking specialist. If you live around Enugu, there's a good chance I've worked in a building near you.
Apprentices come in nervous and leave proud. That's my favorite part. I'm usually the first one in and the last to leave.
I'm still learning every day.
