For eleven years I've mentored people in software and careers. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I watch every football match going.
I'm still learning every day.
More about Elmarie
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
What gifts mean to Elmarie: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
