Bogdana Ksenia Zakharov
Mentor in software and trades
- 🇷🇺 Novosibirsk, Novosibirsk Oblast, Russia
- Kingsway Association
- Since 2000
- English, Ukrainian
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 1,170 people through Kingsway Association.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
More about Bogdana
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
What gifts mean to Bogdana: A gift would go toward free mentoring sessions for people who can't pay.
