Viral's final semester of a master's in public health in Mumbai
Viral has worked and saved for five years to study a master's in public health; a $800 gap now stands between him and graduation.

I'm the first person in my family to go to university. I'm studying a master's in public health at Mumbai State College, and I'm two terms away from graduating. I have worked as a barista to pay my way, but this term my hours were cut and I have an unpaid balance of $800.
The registrar has told me I can't enroll for the next term until the balance is cleared. I have a 3.6 average, and my faculty supervisor has written in support of my application for a payment plan.
Graduating means a stable job and the chance to support my younger siblings. Without enrolling this term I'd lose my place and my scholarship eligibility.
I'm not asking for a handout - I want to finish what I started and then help the next student.
The payment will go directly to the Mumbai State College bursar's office. I'll post the receipt.
Where the $800 goes:
• Outstanding tuition balance: $400
• Final term tuition: $350
• Exam and lab fees: $20
• Textbooks and materials: $30

Sending love, Viral. Hope you get there.
Hang in there. Everyone deserves a bit of help sometimes. Wish I lived closer to Manila so I could bring a meal.
