Utami's final semester of a pharmacy diploma in Jakarta

Utami is the first person in the family to go to university. She is studying a pharmacy diploma at Jakarta Polytechnic, and is one semester away from graduating. She has worked as a library assistant to pay the way, but this term the hours were cut and there's an unpaid balance of $500. The registrar has said Utami can't enroll for the next term until the balance is cleared. Utami has a 3.9 average, and a faculty supervisor has written in support. Graduating means a stable job and the chance to support the younger siblings. Without enrolling this term Utami would lose her place and scholarship eligibility. Utami isn't asking for a handout - She wants to finish what She started and help the next student. The payment will go directly to the Jakarta Polytechnic bursar's office. I'll post the receipt.
