Wolfgang is the first person in the family to go to university. He is studying an agriculture degree at the Regensburg Institute of Technology, and is two terms away from graduating. He has worked as a tutor to pay the way, but this term the hours were cut and there's an unpaid balance of $4,050.
The registrar has said Wolfgang can't enroll for the next term until the balance is cleared. Wolfgang has a first-class average, and a professor has written in support.
Graduating means a stable job and the chance to support the younger siblings. Without enrolling this term Wolfgang would lose his place and scholarship eligibility.
Wolfgang isn't asking for a handout - He wants to finish what He started and help the next student.
The payment will go directly to the the Regensburg Institute of Technology bursar's office. I'll post the receipt.
