The registrar has said Wesley can't enroll for the next term until the balance is cleared. Wesley has a distinction average, and a faculty supervisor has written in support. Graduating means a stable job and the chance to support the younger siblings. Without enrolling this term Wesley would lose his place and scholarship eligibility. Wesley isn't asking for a handout - He wants to finish what He started and help the next student. Everything raised goes to the university's accounts office toward the outstanding balance and the final term's fees.
