Tuition fund for Uzma: a diploma in hospitality management at Karachi State College

Uzma is the first person in the family to go to university. She is studying a diploma in hospitality management at Karachi State College, and is one semester away from graduating. She has worked as a delivery rider to pay the way, but this term the hours were cut and there's an unpaid balance of $650. The registrar has said Uzma can't enroll for the next term until the balance is cleared. Uzma has a 3.9 average, and a faculty supervisor has written in support. Graduating means a stable job and the chance to support the younger siblings. Without enrolling this term Uzma would lose her place and scholarship eligibility. Uzma isn't asking for a handout - She wants to finish what She started and help the next student. The payment will go directly to the Karachi State College bursar's office. I'll post the receipt.
