Timur is two terms away from finishing a master's in public health but is blocked from enrolling by an unpaid balance of $850.

Timur is the first person in the family to go to university. He is studying a master's in public health at Kharkiv Community College, and is two terms away from graduating. He has worked as a barista to pay the way, but this term the hours were cut and there's an unpaid balance of $850.
The registrar has said Timur can't enroll for the next term until the balance is cleared. Timur has a first-class average, and a department head has written in support.
Graduating means a stable job and the chance to support the younger siblings. Without enrolling this term Timur would lose his place and scholarship eligibility.
Timur isn't asking for a handout - He wants to finish what He started and help the next student.
The payment will go directly to the Kharkiv Community College bursar's office. I'll post the receipt.
Where the $850 goes:
• Outstanding tuition balance: $480
• Final term tuition: $260
• Exam and lab fees: $60
• Textbooks and materials: $50
With deep gratitude,
Inna

Good luck, Inna. Hope this works out for you. I went through something like this 3 years ago and strangers helped me out. Love from Campinas.
Sending love, Inna. Shared it with a few friends. The breakdown of costs made it easy to trust. Greetings from London
