Tuition fund for Mehul: a diploma in hospitality management at Nashik Polytechnic

Mehul is the first person in the family to go to university. He is studying a diploma in hospitality management at Nashik Polytechnic, and is one semester away from graduating. He has worked as a delivery rider to pay the way, but this term the hours were cut and there's an unpaid balance of $400. The registrar has said Mehul can't enroll for the next term until the balance is cleared. Mehul has a top-ten-percent average, and a department head has written in support. Graduating means a stable job and the chance to support the younger siblings. Without enrolling this term Mehul would lose his place and scholarship eligibility. Mehul isn't asking for a handout - He wants to finish what He started and help the next student. The payment will go directly to the Nashik Polytechnic bursar's office. I'll post the receipt.
