Wudil
Gbenga is the first person in the family to go to university. He is studying a law degree at Wudil State College, and is one semester away from graduating. He has worked as a shop assistant to pay the way, but this term the hours were cut and there's an unpaid balance of $500. The registrar has said Gbenga can't enroll for the next term until the balance is cleared. Gbenga has a 3.9 average, and an academic advisor has written in support. Graduating means a stable job and the chance to support the younger siblings. Without enrolling this term Gbenga would lose his place and scholarship eligibility. Gbenga isn't asking for a handout - He wants to finish what He started and help the next student. Everything raised goes to the university's accounts office toward the outstanding balance and the final term's fees. Where the $500 goes: • Exam and lab fees: $15 • Outstanding tuition balance: $165 • Final term tuition: $320 Every share and every dollar helps.
