Tuition fund for Faith: an agriculture degree at Thika State College

Faith is the first person in the family to go to university. She is studying an agriculture degree at Thika State College, and is one term away from graduating. She has worked as a night-shift cleaner to pay the way, but this term the hours were cut and there's an unpaid balance of $600. The registrar has said Faith can't enroll for the next term until the balance is cleared. Faith has a first-class average, and an academic advisor has written in support.
