Elsa is one semester away from finishing an agriculture degree but is blocked from enrolling by an unpaid balance of $950.

Elsa is the first person in the family to go to university. She is studying an agriculture degree at Bandung University, and is one semester away from graduating. She has worked as a night-shift cleaner to pay the way, but this term the hours were cut and there's an unpaid balance of $950.
The registrar has said Elsa can't enroll for the next term until the balance is cleared. Elsa has a 3.9 average, and a department head has written in support.
Graduating means a stable job and the chance to support the younger siblings. Without enrolling this term Elsa would lose her place and scholarship eligibility.
Elsa isn't asking for a handout - She wants to finish what She started and help the next student.
The payment will go directly to the Bandung University bursar's office. I'll post the receipt.
Where the $950 goes:
• Outstanding tuition balance: $380
• Final term tuition: $460
• Exam and lab fees: $35
• Textbooks and materials: $75
Even a small gift gets used right away and I'll thank you myself.
