Timișoara storm relief - the families of Eastgate Lane
After the storm, families in the families of Eastgate Lane need clean water, roofing materials and bedding.

The storm hit the families of Eastgate Lane on 18 July. My home was one of 89 damaged, and 14 families are still in temporary shelter at the local school gym.
The first few days we shared what little we had. Now the cleanup has started, but we've no money for materials and winter or the rainy season is coming.
Schools in the area have been closed, and the clinic lost its cold storage for vaccines. We're a small community of working families who have never asked for help before.
We have formed a volunteer committee, and I'm the treasurer, so I'll post receipts for everything we buy.
Funds go to building materials, water purification supplies, bedding, and food for families still in shelters.
Where the $2,200 goes:
• Tools and labor for repairs: $880
• Roofing sheets and timber: $660
• Bedding, blankets and mattresses: $380
• Clean water and purification supplies: $280
If you can't give, please share this page. It does reach people.

praying for you, Ștefan. Shared this with my family. Put this on a community board in Piraeus this morning. Greetings from Piraeus.
Best of luck. Great idea, hope you get there!
Is there a list of costs somewhere? Just curious how it adds up for Ștefan.
Sure. The biggest one is tools and labor for repairs, $880. The rest is in the list at the bottom of the post and I'll upload receipts as I pay each one. Thanks for asking.
Keep going, Ștefan. Hope the build day goes well, wish I lived closer. I told my book club about it and three of them are giving too. Take care.
Wishing you the best, Ștefan. I've been in a tough spot myself and it does get easier. I'm in logistics myself and wanted you to know we're cheering for you. God bless
hang in there, Ștefan. Looking forward to the next update. Blessings.
