Teresita's final semester of a law degree in Mandaue

Teresita is the first person in the family to go to university. She is studying a law degree at Mandaue Polytechnic, and is one semester away from graduating. She has worked as a barista to pay the way, but this term the hours were cut and there's an unpaid balance of $850. The registrar has said Teresita can't enroll for the next term until the balance is cleared. Teresita has a first-class average, and a professor has written in support. Graduating means a stable job and the chance to support the younger siblings. Without enrolling this term Teresita would lose her place and scholarship eligibility. Teresita isn't asking for a handout - She wants to finish what She started and help the next student. The payment will go directly to the Mandaue Polytechnic bursar's office. I'll post the receipt.
