Sakai
Tatsuya is the first person in the family to go to university. He is studying an accounting degree at the Sakai Institute of Technology, and is two terms away from graduating. He has worked as a night-shift cleaner to pay the way, but this term the hours were cut and there's an unpaid balance of $3,250. The registrar has said Tatsuya can't enroll for the next term until the balance is cleared. Tatsuya has a 3.9 average, and a department head has written in support. Graduating means a stable job and the chance to support the younger siblings. Without enrolling this term Tatsuya would lose his place and scholarship eligibility. Tatsuya isn't asking for a handout - He wants to finish what He started and help the next student. The payment will go directly to the the Sakai Institute of Technology bursar's office. I'll post the receipt. Where the $3,250 goes: • Exam and lab fees: $240 • Final term tuition: $900 • Outstanding tuition balance: $2,110 With deep gratitude, Kaori
