Teguh was diagnosed with osteoarthritis in the right knee in January. The surgeon at Magelang Community Hospital recommended ACL reconstruction, and He is scheduled for March. The hospital's financial office gave us a written estimate of $2,100, and after what the government subsidy will pay we're still $1,250 short. my husband has been in and out of Magelang Community Hospital since January. The doctors say osteoarthritis in the right knee will get worse without ACL reconstruction.
