Erica was diagnosed with a benign brain tumor in July. The surgeon at Dasmariñas Regional Medical Center recommended valve repair surgery, and She is scheduled for October. The hospital's financial office gave us a written estimate of $1,300, and after what the public health scheme will pay we're still $900 short.
my wife has been in and out of Dasmariñas Regional Medical Center since July. The doctors say a benign brain tumor will get worse without valve repair surgery. We have emptied our savings and borrowed from relatives, but the estimate of $1,300 is more than we can find.
While we wait, Erica struggles with daily life and can't stand for more than ten minutes. Her family has taken turns caring for her, and I've cut my own work hours to be there.
Rehabilitation is expected to take about 7 weeks. During that time Erica won't be able to stand for more than ten minutes, so the costs keep growing.

Sure. The biggest one is surgeon and anesthesia fees, $460. The rest is in the list at the bottom of the post and I'll upload receipts as I pay each one. Good question.
